Refund Policy

We want the decision to buy a LogiVault Kit to be an informed one. The full contents are described before purchase, and each Kit ships with a JSON validator and a buyer acceptance test so you can verify it works the same day you receive it. This policy explains how refunds work.
14-day "does not work as described" guarantee
If, within 14 days of purchase, the Kit is materially not as described — for example, files are missing or corrupt, or a core workflow fails the included acceptance test in a standard environment — contact us and we will work to fix it. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund.
To request this, email hello@logivault.ai with:
- your order reference,
- the specific acceptance-test step or file that failed,
- the error text and your environment (e.g. Node version).
What is not covered
Because a Kit is an instantly delivered digital product that can be fully copied on download, refunds are generally not available for:
- "Changed my mind" or "no longer needed" after the Kit has been downloaded, where the Kit functions as described;
- Not achieving leads, clients, revenue, or income. The Kit does not guarantee outcomes, and this is stated clearly before purchase;
- Costs charged by third-party providers (AI, SMS, email, automation platforms) — those are billed by the vendors, not by us;
- A change in your circumstances, or failure to do the setup and selling work the Kit requires.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Where the law grants a withdrawal right for digital content, note that by downloading the Kit you may be asked to acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and that the withdrawal right can be affected once download has started. We honor mandatory statutory rights regardless of the above.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem, contact us first — we genuinely try to make it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us delays resolution and may affect future access.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via the checkout provider used for the purchase, typically within a few business days of approval. Timing on your statement depends on that provider and your bank.
